BAFTA-winning presenter,
author and investigative journalist
I am co-presenter of the BAFTA-winning BBC daytime series Scam Interceptors and a BAFTA-winning producer and director with 15 years’ experience in television across multiple genres, from investigative documentary, to consumer and factual entertainment.
I am also the author of How to Beat Scammers, a self-help guide and deep dive into the world of scams and fraud. I write regularly for newspapers and magazines on the subject of scams and have been published by the The Guardian, BBC.com, the Daily Mail and Saga Magazine, among others.
I appear on BBC Morning Live as an expert on scams and fraud and present films for the program on a range of subjects from the heavier end of hard journalism, like asbestos exposure and prescription drug side effects, to aeroplane safety and bike theft.
My podcast, Scam Clinic, is written, produced and hosted by me and edited and further produced by my wife, Lise. It was described by The Guardian as “a staggering listen” on its release in 2024. We plan a second series this year.
I live in London with Lise and our two dogs.
